All information processed through these tools is treated as confidential and handled in  accordance with Australian privacy laws. Information processed via AI-assisted tools  is:  

  • Used only to support the delivery of your care 

  • Not used to train AI models  

  • Not sold or shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide the  service  

  • Stored and managed using reasonable safeguards to protect against misuse,  loss, or unauthorised access
