ABOUT

The Healing Meadow Naturopathy

You want to feel well again, but you're not sure where to begin.

Maybe you're tired all the time, even when you sleep. Maybe your mind feels foggy, your digestion isn’t quite right, or your resilience just isn’t what it used to be.

You’ve done your research, tried the supplements, and followed the advice — but nothing seems to create lasting change. You may have been told everything looks “normal,” yet your body tells a different story.

You’re not alone.

I’m Anita Bordes, naturopath and founder of The Healing Meadow. I created this practice to support clients navigating hormonal shifts, digestive concerns, stress-related symptoms, and complex health challenges — especially when answers haven’t felt clear or complete.

While I have a strong interest in supporting women through perimenopause and menopause, my work extends to adults and families seeking thoughtful, root-cause care that looks beyond surface symptoms.

Why I Do This Work

Before I became a naturopath, I spent more than a decade working in corporate finance. It was stable and familiar, but it didn’t feel meaningful. After my second child was born, I realised I wanted to create a life and career that aligned with my values. At the same time, I was also navigating my own health journey, including years of trying to conceive and managing thyroid autoimmunity.

Natural, holistic care played a vital role in my recovery and in starting a family when conventional medicine didn’t offer clear answers. These experiences opened the door to a deeper understanding of the body and the value of a whole-person approach.

This practice was born from both personal experience and professional training. I’ve seen how powerful it can be when someone feels truly heard and supported. That’s why I do this work, and whyI’m so passionate about helping clients like you find clarity and confidence in your health.

What Makes This Approach Different

My practice is intentionally small and personal, designed to offer care that feels calm, safe, and realistic.

Here’s how it’s different from what you may have tried before:

What You Can Expect

Many clients I work with arrive feeling flat, foggy, or frustrated. They’ve been told their tests are “normal,” yet nothing about their health feels normal. They’re doing their best to keep everything moving — work, family, responsibilities — but underneath it all, they’re tired and unsure where to turn next.

Together, we take the time to listen carefully and assess what may be driving your symptoms. Alongside comprehensive naturopathic assessment, I use advanced bioenergetic testing (QEST4) to gain further insight into how your system is responding to stress — physically and emotionally — so we can prioritise what truly needs support.

Here’s what often shifts when we work together:

Before:

  • Struggling with low energy, brain fog, digestive discomfort, or hormonal fluctuations

  • Feeling like you’ve tried everything without lasting results

  • Overwhelmed by conflicting advice

  • Disconnected from your body or unsure what it’s asking for

After:

  • Greater clarity about what’s contributing to your symptoms

  • A personalised plan that feels realistic, structured, and sustainable

  • Improved nervous system steadiness and resilience

  • Better digestion, energy regulation, and hormonal balance

  • Renewed trust in your body and your decisions

Qualifications & Experience

I’m a degree-qualified naturopath based in Wellard, Western Australia. I hold a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) and I’m a registered member of ANTA, the Australian Natural Therapists Association.

My clinical experience includes working with clients managing hormone changes, stress, fatigue, thyroid conditions, autoimmune concerns, and digestive health. I have a particular interest in women’s health, especially those experiencing perimenopause, burnout, or nervous system imbalance.

Before studying naturopathy, I worked for over 13 years in corporate roles, which gives me a deep understanding of the pressures many women face juggling family, work, and health. That background helps me approach client care with practicality and empathy.

I now offer in-person and online consultations, and I also provide remote bioenergetic testing using the QEST4 system. My approach blends naturopathic care, lifestyle guidance, and energetic insight to support you physically, emotionally, and mentally.

If you're looking for thoughtful, respectful care that meets you where you are, I’d love to meet you.
